The Following Terms May / May not apply at each of our auctions please contact auction company for terms for each individual auction.

TERMS OF AUCTION:

In accepting a bidder's number, Bidder accepts and agrees to all terms stated herein,

Out of state and unknown buyers must have a current irrevocable bank letter of credit addressed to Auction Company to pay by check NO EXCEPTIONS.
12% Buyers surcharge will be added to winning bid to determine final invoice amount.
2% refund for cash payments.  Sales tax will be charged depending upon state of sale & laws of sales tax collection. Sales Tax will be collected unless buyer provides a current valid tax resale or exemption certificate auction day.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchasers and others attending auction agree that they have read and fully understand the entire auction agreement and agree to be bound by this contract and any legal disputes by the purchaser must be settled in Coffee County Georgia by binding arbitration.

IDENTIFICATION: All purchasers are required to have a bidder's number from Taylor Auction to bid, Drivers License / Govt Issued I.D. , Giving full accurate Name/Address/Phone and / or taxpayer identification Numbers / Information.

DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, Taylor Auction may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of Taylor Auction shall be final and absolute without recourse by the losing bidders.
LOTS: Auctioneer reserves the right to sell lots in bulk or by the piece and or group lots together and also reserves the right to control bidding increments for sake of speed and clarity.

CONDITIONS OF ITEM: Taylor Auction shall not be responsible for correct description Authenticity, Genuiness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty expressed or implied herein.  No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any correctness error in cataloging, misinterpretation, by purchaser or any imperfection not noted.  No deduction will be allowed on any damaged articles as all goods are being exposed for public inspection and exhibition and are sold is where is with any and all faults without recourse.

TIME OF PAYMENT:  All items must be paid in full before leaving the premises and / or loading day of auction.

MANNER OF PAYMENT:  All bills must be paid to representatives of Taylor auction at the auction location unless otherwise announced.  Full payment must be received by Auction Company before purchased items are removed from auction location.

REMOVAL:  Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  Taylor Auction, shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time limit specified, and shall have the purchased, but not removed within the specified time or reselling if purchaser cannot be contacted with all proceeds being kept by auction company as damages.

NON-DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:  Taylor Auction shall not, in any event be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any item, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to it.

CLAIMS:  No claims will be allowed after any goods are removed from the premises.
PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS:  Persons attending during exhibition, sale, and or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person or property and specifically release Taylor Auction from any and all liability.  Neither the auction company no his principle shall be liable by any defect in or condition of the premises therein on which sale was held.

RECORDS:  The records of sale kept by Auction Company will be taken as final in the event of any and disputes.

AGENCY:  Taylor Auction is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for the act of its principles.

POOLING:  Pooling or bid rigging is fraud, and a felony.  The auctioneer reserve the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) if he detects or suspects this fraud by two or more bidders and all auction records/recordings will be presented to the proper authorities.

ADDMITANCE:  Seller(s) and or auction firm and security personnel reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any cause, or remove anyone from the auction area and / or property for any reason.  No unsupervised children.  No alcoholic beverages or illegal drug and or smoking are / or will be allowed before during or after the auction.

REMOVAL TIMES:  ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY ( Date at Auction Site )_at 5PM

REMOVAL TIMES: DAY OF AUCTION UNTIL  6 PM,

Weekdays 8 AM till 6 PM

Sunday Noon Til 6 PM

REMOVAL TERMS:  The buyer is responsible for removal of all purchase item's.  This responsibility cannot be passed on by subsequent resale of the item(s).  Any item not removed by specified time will be considered abandoned and will be scraped/resold/or destroyed.  Any item's purchased and not removed are responsible for any costs Auction Company incurs as to disposal, labor, and any and all cleanup of amenities for any and all court or appeal process or litigation of same.  All buyers are responsible for any damage incurred to the building and any and all repair or will be billed and is bound according to the total terms of this binding contract.
NO SCRAPING ALLOWED IN STORE OR ON PREMISES, EXCEPTING FOR CLEANUP CREW.

REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT:  Any refrigerated equipment sold (Excepting self contained units or walk-ins with unit directly located on top of walk-in)- Cases/Coolers/Freezers/Coolers and compressors shall take only 8" of copper immediately measuring the distance from machine connection, with the balance of the copper belonging to cleanup crew.

LOADING:  Forklift and Bobcat if available will be on a first come first serve basis at the rate of $60.00 per Hour (1/2 hour minimum).  Loaders assume no liability for damaged items and are deemed to be working under direct supervision of the individual and or business they are loading/ moving/ for at the time.

BUYERS:  May bring their own forklifts with prior presentation of a current $100,000.00 Liability insurance policy naming  Owner & Taylor Auction and Realty as additional insured's on a current valid certificate of Insurance.

BUYER/BUYERS:  AGREE THAT ALL CHECKS PRESENTED TO AUCTION COMPANY ARE NON-REVOKABLE, ANY STOP PAYMENT OR INSUFFECIENT FUNDS OR BAD CHECKS, BUYERS AGREE TO PAY ALL COLLECTION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY AND ALL COLLECTION PROCEDURES –FOR AUCTION COMPANT AND ALSO INCLUDING TELECHECK COSTS FOR PAYMENT, ATTORNEYS FEE'S COURT COSTS, PROCESS SERVING, TRAVEL EXPENSES, MEAL, LODGING ASSOCIATED WITH A COURT OR PLEA MATTER.  BUYER ALSO AGREES TO PAY ANY DAMAGES, INTEREST, STORAGE OR DISPOSAL CLAIMS, IF ANY.
